National Trust special offer
Members of civic societies who join Civic Voice are eligible for a free day access pass to the National Trust (worth up to £14). If you are already a member of the National Trust this pass can be given to a friend or relative. To obtain your pass, please complete the form below. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
For those without internet access or access to a printer – a copy of your pass can be obtained by providing all of the information below and supplying a stamped addressed envelope to

Couples should register twice - once for each individual - to receive the voucher.
