Formby Civic Society wins national award for work with schoolchildren
FORMBY Civic Society has won a national award for its work with schoolchildren as part of the national Civic Day celebrations
The society received the accolade after 180 youngsters took part in its My Formby art competition in June.
Children up to 11-years-old took part in the event, and the best pieces went on display at Formby Pool.
