Future secure for St Albans Civic Society after soul-searching meeting
WATCHDOG group, St Albans Civic Society, is looking forward to a bright future after its recent "soul searching" meeting.
A debate over the society's future was prompted by the end of chairman Peter Trevelyan's term and the imminent departure of some long-serving trustees.
Approximately 50 members attended the meeting, where they discussed ways of involving younger people or those from further afield in the group.
