What do you love about your city?
Schools across the Portsmouth have been invited to take part in a major creative and literary competition on the theme of their favourite things about Portsmouth.
The first-ever ‘What I like about my city’ competition promises to set imaginations on fire as year seven boys and girls interpret the theme through essays, poems, artworks, websites and even short films.
It is being organised by The Portsmouth Society as part of the celebrations for National Civic Day which falls on June 25 – when competition winners will be announced by Lord Mayor Paula Riches
