Pine Ridge, Storrs Park
At the Annual General Meeting, the Society recognised the high quality and striking appearance of a recently constructed feature by the presentation of the Society’s award for “A significant contribution to visual amenity”. At the entrance to Pine Ridge, Storrs Park, owned by Mr.& Mrs.M.Brown, local craftsman Chris Brammall has created a stunning gateway in sculpted metalwork
and local slate.
Presenting certificates Society President Mr.Barry Tullett praised Mr.Brammall’s efforts on this and many other landmark, local and national projects.
In accepting the award Mr.Brown said how pleased he was to use local talent and materials in the enhancement of his property whilst Mr.Brammall pointed out that it was local support and encouragement which had contributed to the success of his business.
