Civic Voice is regularly invited to contribute to official consultations and inquiries. This page provides details on some of the most important consultations currently being considered.

We are not currently seeking responses on any Government consultation.
A map for England
Although there is a generally recognised and accepted need to ensure a joined-up approach to planning infrastructure and services, there is no one place where the relevant government maps can be viewed. The Royal Town Planning Institute believes that a single map for England, policy-makers could make better judgements about how policy proposals interact with and affect development of the country as a whole. The RTPI's Map for England initiative calls for a debate on whether there should be such a map and, if so, how best it could be produced.
